Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Trainwell HEP helps Athletic Trainers build exercise programs, manage athletes and teams, schedule training-room sessions, and deliver home exercise programs to athletes.

The Service is a tool for fitness and athletic-training professionals. Content in the Service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use appropriate professional discretion and consult a qualified provider where appropriate.

• Don't misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
• Don't upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
• Only record information about others with appropriate consent.

Trainwell Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $29.99 per month or $269.99 per year (the annual plan includes roughly three months free versus paying monthly). Prices are in USD and may vary by region and applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your payment method is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel anytime:

• iOS: in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
• Android: in Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Web: from your billing page.

Canceling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store you purchased through (Apple, Google) or, for web purchases, as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by our billing provider RevenueCat together with Stripe (web), Apple (iOS), or Google (Android). For purchases made through the Apple App Store, the applicable end-user license and Apple's standard terms also apply.

The Service and its content (excluding your own content) are owned by Trainwell and its licensors. You retain rights to the content you create; you grant us a license to host and process it to operate the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
